Bookings are hourly and start on the hour. Bookings are made ONLY via the online booking system, not via telephone or in the showroom. Please book in advance of the hour you intend to start on. 

From March 1, 2024, auditions can not be hosted at Jaques Samuel Pianos.

Credit or debit card details will be required to secure the booking.

You may cancel or change your booking free of charge until 72 hours before your slot. Refunds take 5–10 days to appear on a customer's statement. N.B a £1 cancellation fee will be charged per booking. You will be charged the full cost of the booking if you cancel within 72 hours before your slot. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee. 

Studios 04, 05, 12: maximum of 1 person per room.
Studios 01, 03, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16: maximum of 3 people per room.
Master Studio 02: maximum of 6 people per room.

Bookings of more than 3 people will be considered a group booking and must book Master Studio 02.

NOTE:
More than one person in SINGLE occupancy rooms (04, 05,and 12) will be charged at a £12 rate.
More than three people per room will be charged at Studio 02 rate.

Amplifiers are not permitted.

Please wait in the kitchen waiting area, not the showroom.Please do not warm up in the public waiting area.

Complimentary wifi, tea and coffee provided.

Auditions must use Studio 02. Please book a warm-up room if required.

No warm-up elsewhere. You must provide your own steward.

Lost property will be held for one month only before disposal.
